Thank you for your interest in our Log homes.
We are looking for qualified people to market and sell our custom Log
homes and custom Windows and Doors in protected territories. These are
NOT franchises. You DO NOT purchase
a territory. Territories are received FREE OF CHARGE
in exchange for participation and sales results in your area.
We have several levels of Dealers and Profits to fit your lifestyle,
beginning with a "referral fee" starting at $1,000.00 per
home, to a high of a "full" Dealership, who earns 50% of the
profit of each home!
These levels are based on the participation of the dealer.
Referral fees are earned by a part time Dealer, who spends limited amounts
on marketing, i.e. ads in local magazines or newspapers, home shows,
etc. or in conjunction with another business such as a general contractor.
Full Dealerships have a "model" Log Home or Office and actively
pursue sales in their territories with open houses, marketing, dedicated
phone and fax lines, etc.
WoodsCrest Log Homes backs up our Dealer Network by providing:
- Marketing in National Log Home Magazines
- Marketing in Real Estate Magazines
- Marketing in "Niche" Magazines and Publications
- Producing and Distributing Plan Books, Fliers, DVD's, CD's and other
marketing material (provided to Dealers at cost) - Attending Log Home

- Expert Staff to answer questions and help design your client's Log
